Case report 2.
Investigations on the Sentinel-6 Incident.
On the 14th of March, the investigation teams have been able to cut through the multiple fortified security doors and entered the Entity Containment Block.
Upon entering, the investigation teams were attacked by Entity 009 and its many 'Offsprings'.
The 'Offsprings' were dealt with and Entity 009 was captured and transported to another secured facility. A search on the accessible Containment Cell shows that most of the Entities here were found dead. Including some that were once deemed impossible to kill.
Meanwhile, a separate team searched the private quarters of the Research Division after cutting through more security doors that lead to the Residence Block.
The rooms appeared to be left untouched, though some were locked and needed to be broken through.
7 corpses were recovered, including the Class-3 Researcher Noah Harrison. His remains were found inside the vents. It's clear that something, an Entity, must have been responsible for his death.
When we searched the rooms of Leslie Addams, we found more audio logs. However, most were corrupted beyond restoration.
There were also scribbled notes and diagrams of something that were found. The notes were barely intelligible, and the diagrams appear to be of an object of cubic shape. Further investigation on this will be done after clearing the facility.
