As in last part you see how mahi and ritik's friendship convert into relationship now

the session is completed and now mahi is in second year and ritik is in third year they are in beautiful and happy relationship. but it says not everything is permanent in life not even happiness and then problem started in there relationship small fights and slowly slowly the fights are turning in misunderstandings .
one thing is common always mahi ends fights and say sorry and ritik says ok like these way half session also completed only 3 months are left for the 3rd year student so it is the time of annual fest and mahi had a work of fest management and ritik has to help her while managing a fest a boy of mahi's batch came and propose her and ritik sees that and again one argument happen between them ,and ritik leaves mahi alone and go from there but mahi manages all the things perfectly and day of fest come but ritik is not in the fest after the fest completed mahi goes ritik's home and say sorry to him but ritik said her to get out and disbelieve her then she came and tell this all to her sister her sister says that it's not your fault you hadn't did anything but mahi thinks it was her mistake and she decide to apologize to ritik next morning ,next morning when she goes in ritik's house she started crying.

why is she crying ?what happen to her?
