Slaves of the Artificial Intelligence
Feed a man a fish, feed for a day,
Teach a man to fish feed him for life,
Teach a man to make AI
AI does all the fishing & everyone is feed forever
Then one fine day, AI kills all the humans & ultimately the fish wins...
It started around 5-6 weeks ago when techcare mobile company launched their new phone
It was just like any other phone but there was a feature in the phone which can turn images into life. Also the company stated that the AI system in the phone called “Mary” was better than any other phone. Also the cost of the phone was lowest. The phone became so popular that within weeks everyone in the world had this phone.
Even my parents brought the same phone. Everything seemed normal for a few days but my parents were always attached to the phone. They didn't talked to me anymore. I thought they were curious about the features of the new phone. That's why they are always on the phone & once they are familiar with the features of phone things might be normal again. They used to ask everything from AI - Mary. 'What they should do' what they should eat ' everything was asked to Mary & they did everything as she said
One day I became very angry & snatched their phones & said “why are you always on the phone, why don't you talk to me anymore?" with tears in my eyes. Suddenly the phone beeps & the AI “KILL THE ONE WHO TAKES AWAY YOUR PHONE" and suddenly mom grabbed the knife from the fruit basket & pointed it towards me. I understood both of them are not in their senses and that they are controlled by the AI. I ran as fast as I could, both mom & dad were running behind me. I'm a kid and I don't know how to fix the things. I just opened the door & ran out from the house & locked the door so that can't come out( Before running I threw the phone inside so that their attention get diverted towards the phone) but the phone was still screaming “KILL THE ONE WHO TAKES AWAY YOUR PHONE."
I ran towards the parking lot in the basement. I hid myself behind the cars. I didn't know how to get my parents, tears were rolling over my cheeks uncontrollably. While I was hiding I heard a voice from behind “Have your parents too turned into monsters?” He was child from apartment in our neighborhood & noded with tears in my eyes.
Then I noticed that children from every apartment in the building were there in the basement. One of the boy said “ Our parents are hypnotized and are being controlled by the AI -. Mary” “but why aren't we in her control” I asked, to which he answered “ maybe it's designed in such way that it can only hypnotize adults & not kids” “So.. how can we get them freed from her control.” I asked “we don't know” the boy said, putting his head down.
It's been 2 days since we are stuck in the basement. And today we got an Idea of calling someone for help. We are sending this letter with the help of paper & pen in the car. We used the empty water bottles in the car, put the letter inside it & threw it in the lakes of the city. So that it reaches someone who can help us. If you are reading this.. please come to our rescue please!!
