Hanim calls the ambulance and they took her to city hospital. Heenh was shifted to emergency ward. Almost an hour passed the doctors came out and hanim talked with him for a while. Her face could say that something unexpected happened.

Miss Malan:- Hai sweetheart what happened?. what happened to heenu? what we're the doctors discussing with you? I saw blood in washroom when I called you but I forgot to tell you

Hanim hugs her mom and tears rolled down from her cheecks.

Hanim:- Mom they said Heenu has blood cancer.

M. Malan:- Are You kidding me?. How can she have blood cancer?. She eats normally, she laughs like us, she is ok the doctors are lying. I never noticed any symptom of blood cancer in herher? How can a person fall and have blood cancer?

Hanim:- Mom they are doctors they have evidence the reports, the scans. She used to say I have brethlessness and sometimes chest pain may be the beginning symptoms? Let's not discuss about these things first. Since the reports say that she has blood cancer it mnz we must think of the ways to save her life

M. Malan:- No my daughter is fine. She does not have blood cancer. Oh my heenu what happened to you. How will I live.
(crying badly)

Hanim:- Mom you are my only strength in this universe along with heenu. If you will cry who will hold me. You know what I am holding too much in my heart. Please don't cry like this otherwise my hopes might be hopeless.

Hanim huggs her mother and they both start crying. She wiped her mother's tears and gave her a glass of water, and rested on a chair.

Hanim:- Well mom i guess we should not tell heenu that she has cancer. She might loose hope in living. We must think of something?

M. Malan:- Oh my dear! I think that is good idea. We won't talk about this infornt of her. Since she will be discharged after a week. We will take her home, Admit her to university and tell her to take the medicine continuously

Hanim:- And if heenu said why do I need medicine we will say it is immunity booster.
I am just afraid if she serched online about the medicine she might find out?

M. Malan:- Then I have another plan. I will give her medicine myself. So that she won't have to look what's that for. Atleast she has trust in her mom that I won't giver her medicine that is unnecessary or something like that.

Hanim:- Ok then that's good. And mom I guess we need to spend more time with heenu. And i have to switch my routine then

M. Malan:- Don't say such things. My daughter will be fine. Speaking of the routine I guess you should do a part time job coz the medicine will definitely be costly.

Hanim:- I will join then the hotel where Sarima works. But mom I am just afraid I don't want to loose my sister. I can do anything for her. She is still young. She has to go to university and fulfill her dreams. She can't leave me

Miss malan looks at hanim, hugs her and cries a lot. I never thought we would have to end up like this. First your father left us . He married that millionaire and went overseas. He not only broke my heart but the trust in loyalty too.

Hanim:- Lets not talk about him. If he would have cared about us Or had ever thought that he has a family he would never have taken such a step. He was a fraud. He gambled and took your accessories and started his business. And then fell in so called love with that millionaire woman. Started there so called family. How disgusting he is.
I want my sister to live long. I can give her everything even if it costs my life cause she is someone whome I owe everything. I can't see her like that
