Episode name: What a night!
We hoped he didn't remember us. Though we didn't do anything wrong, he is brother of my love and he was got beaten by Vikram. His dressing style was so good. He was firm. Looked respectable and rejected when he was offered a drink. He was quite amusing and that was suspicious.
"High school?" He asked.
"Yeah" i said
"Vimal! You know what? My brother is one of the eight students who got into MIT last year from India!" Varshini exclaimed.
"Mississippi?" Rahul asked.
"Massachusetts." Revanth said sharply
"Whoa! Thats great. May be studiousness is in your family genes." I said.
Varshini and Revanth looked each other and throwed a smile.
"Have we met before? I think i know you" he said
Vikram slowly slipped out of the conversation.
"No..No i guess. There is no chance you knew me" i said out of nervousness.
"Brother how could you forget. He showed up in last week's newspaper. He bagged 1st in a Olympiad" Varshini said.
She remembers every detail of mine.
"Oh yeah! Thats nice. Meet you someother time pals" Revanth left us to join his friends.
Gang wanted to come out of the party before revanth recollects our faces but i wanted to spend some more time with her and tell about the night incident.
Varshini and i were talking in the garden walking under moon light.
" You seem to have a good sibling bond" i said to her.
"You think so? I don't think the same. He isn't always transparent. He studies in mit and i am proud of him. But he wasnt there for me when i needed him the most. He never knew my hobbies. Never liked my tastes. Our bond was only formal"
I didn't expect she would say that. She felt alone though she had two companions at home.
"May be we are two opposite sides. And I always feel he is something more than he looks. There is something else behind his veil. But one thing is for sure he's a good guy like you." She said
I didn't want to make their relation worse. So i decided not to tell her about the night incident. Varshini said that his brother will be leaving for Cambridge after 15 days.
"You look cool in the suit" She said
"And you look awesome in this dress" i stared into her eyes
As i said they communicate with me. i felt like i was holding her face in my palms, smoothly rubbing her cheeks with my thumbs and touching her forehead with mine.
Well, those are all fantasies.
It was 12:30 am when we came out of the party. Rakesh took the steering. Waved my hand to her and she saw me leaving leaning to a pillar. Going away from her always hurts.
"Why?" Conversation in car started with this word
"Why the drunkard has to be her brother?" grief was expressed
"Did you notice? He was so decent in the party" Rahul said
" That made him to look more suspicious. He was acting" Rakesh said
"Dude he is graduating in MIT. He must be special" George said.
"What if he recollects the incident?" I asked thinking about worse things which could happen
"It doesn't matter. What can he do? Insult you infront of varshini? If your love is true she will understand you. No matter what one may say. This can be a test for your love."Rakesh said.
"But he is brother of Varshini." Vikram said.
"Do not care. The only thing which should bother us now is - Exams are scheduled and timetable was posted." Rakesh blasted a bomb
"What?" We shouted.
" Chill we have one month for preparation" he said.
As a part of preparation we always divide topics we are good at among ourselves and explain it each other.
"My self English. Rakesh?" George started asking.
"Mathematics"
"Vikram?"
"Physics"
"Rahul?"
"Sanskrit"
" What am i left with? Chemistry? Fine inorganic is easy" i said
"Sadly there is no inorganic chemistry in the syllabus" Rakesh bombarded
"Organic chemistry? So unfair why am i always left with difficult topics!." I exclaimed
"Bro, comparitively you know organic better than us." Rahul managed me to accept it.
"What a night!" i said to myself and then i realised that i found a topic i can discuss with varshini.
