Life 17
Ok so,
this is to pick up where I left off with the whole Court of law thing.
First things first!...
NOTE* If you find yourself ever in a court of law expecting justice,
you're going to be Very disappointed Every Time!
It is a court of Law,
Not Justice...
I think that's where alot of people get a bad taste in their mouth when it comes to an opinion on them.
However the plus side to this fact is if you are prepared and know the state and federal laws,
you can beat them at their own game.
The tricky part is knowing the correct verbage and procedures in which to follow and conduct yourself while in front of a judge.
Now do I feel Judges are a fair means of delicating fair and unbiased rulings...NO,
I do not.
I mean as a human being you have to assume like anyone else, they are influenced by the people around them and a number of other factors such as life itself.
Now to touch on the whole name thing and how it works, it's pretty simple.
The fact your name is in all capital letters does sort of imply something is different or changed as Nobody spells their name in all capital letters and I assure you it's not to make it easier for the data entry employee to better see and differentiate between names.
Why wouldnt they teach you in school to write your name in all capital letters?
I do not honestly recall any one teacher while I was in school even mentioning the reason behind this, thankfully I was the type of student that knew the real truths to this already dumbed down system we call school.
The truth is the people who are teaching you the material provided are other than life experience 9 out of 10 times no smarter than the guy sitting next to you,
they simply happen to have all the answers in the master copy or teacher's edition.
Getting back to it I'd say the fact we as a people more often than not blindly follow the heard without even questioning why.
The biggest issue is when you apply for a job, drivers license, file taxes or get a library card, you are filling out the forms agreeing to represent this fictional character that can be judged, tried and sentenced at the whim of the courts.
It's a minimal loss of rights
but still, without ever really explaining how or why it is, giving you the option to participate or not.
Capitis Diminutio (meaning the diminishing of statusthrough the use of capitalization) In Roman law. A diminishing or abridgment of personality; a loss or curtailment of a man's status or aggregate of legal attributes and qualifications.

Capitis Diminutio Maxima (meaning a maximum loss of status through the use of capitalization, e.g. JOHN DOE or DOE JOHN) - The highest or most comprehensive loss of status. This occurred when a man's condition was changed from one of freedom to one of bondage, when he became a slave. It swept away with it all rights of citizenship and all family rights.
Now that seems pretty scary to me but I'm crazy.. so...
anyway I have got to get back to life, but look it up , it may suprise you as to how complex our legal system and their means of putting the adverage joe under their thumb.
Be safe it's a jungle out there and you're not always going to be a lion.
