Today & Tomorrow is # Guru Purnima the very auspicious day to be thankful and pay our tributes to divine God, ancestors, parents, teachers & mentors.
I start today's write up with feelings of gratitude with Sanskrit shloka
गुरु ब्रम्हा गुरु विष्णू गुरु- ः देवो महेश्वरा
गु- रु शाक्षात परब्रम्हा त- स्मै श्री गुरुवे नमः
Guru is a divine enlightened soul, a person who takes away all the darkness from our lives and shows us light. That's the break up of the word Gu & Ru.
To me, Gods, Parents, teachers & mentors are my life journey gurus in descending order.
Our parents are our first teachers or gurus after divine Gods and they are with us for a significant time to guide us & light our way. They educate us on the difference between choosing what is right and wrong from the day we are born.
I remember their pedagogy forever. One thing my parents always taught me was to respect my academic teachers and obey what they teach.
Gurus are the ones who introduce us to our self capabilities & strengths.
All our gurus had taught us to pray with devotion, surrender to god and, keep forbearance which would oversee us in any storm, difficulties, turbulence, crisis coming in our life.
My profound appreciation to all my gurus, teachers,& mentors for molding me into what I am today. Taking this opportunity I want to bow & seek divine god, parents, elders blessings keep showering on me.
