Me: Yes, I am processing it now.
*Make a few phone calls*
Me: Uh BossLady, this referral was from March of 2019. The youth is no longer in the home. The referral source closed the case last year.
BossLady: Then why are they sending it to me now?
Me: How would I know the answer to that?
