SOILED HANDS.
CHAPTER FOUR:A DREAM.
"Hey Sahib,"my mother called out my name "My child, you have now grown into an adult and this comes with lots of responsibilities.Remember what I told you that time you were heading for your studies abroad?"
"Yes Mom,I cannot forget your advice. You said I should ensure I live to love those needing of love and you also cautioned me not to give up easily,"
She brushes her hand over my tiny head then smiles at me saying,"That is now my daughter.I hope you recall that always as it is going to be your weapon forever. Now sing me that song I taught you about not giving up dear."
I rush to my room to bring my flute that was made with love and care by my benign mother.I sit on her lap and begin playing the song, the one that had been my guardian angel for long.
(sound of the flute)
Mwana wa nina we,
Maisha ni kuishi we,
Mbio zazo za sakafuni we,
Mwishowe ukingoni we,
(sound of the flute)
Jana hukufika we,
Sikate tamaa we,
Mwendo ni ule we,
Kukongoja kufika we,
(sound of the flute)
Silie mwana we,
Nina kaniasi we,
Doa si tamati we,
Mwosho kwayo tang'aa we,
(sound of the flute)
Mama nimekusikia we,
Maisha mwendo taratibu we,

(Sound of the flute)
"Great my child. Now arm yourself well for the struggles ahead.Do not let my grandchild be an orphan so early dear child."
"Okay mother."
"Mother wake up,wake up please."The pleas of my child got me up and the sad sight of her face pained my heart a lot.'Oooh my child!"
"Mother, you just fell down after having a conversation with Inspector Gutroy, what did he say that made you faint like that?"
"Nothing my child,I just felt so tired and could not hold any longer. That is why I fell down suddenly.Just know I am fine and mommy and daddy love you dearly."I look at Mr.Firnadis who is by now looking at me with an expectant smile.
"Yes,dear, your mother was a bit tired and could not last any longer. That is why she fell down.Otherwise she is all fine and kicky."
"Is it true mom?"
I nod my head in agreement keeping in me the message from the inspector.'Is it true?'
