August 1 2020. None of my parents' children will ever forget about that day but especially not me because I was in the house with my stepmom in the when she got the call about my father wrecking his motorcycle and him going to the trauma unit at AGH. She didn't know how to tell me what was going on with him because she didn't know what was going on with him herself and they didn't tell her anything at first because of the situation that he was in. The doctor said that he was in critical condition but the medics and the trooper on scene had stabilized him in the field. I was so scared because my last words to Dad weren't I love you and Be careful. My last words to him that day were,
" It's too early for this, Dad." because he was fighting with my stepmom.
