Depression, anxiety, and so many more mental health illnesses that some of us are calling crazy by having it, it's been the stigma, we just need the love, care and attention of a loved one, we just need comfort, and we don't want to have that anyways, the validity of our feelings is a must, just cry, cry until it won't hurt anymore until the burden is light, be mad if you want to, for you to heal just let it out, don't suppress it.
In this society when you are called crazy by having depression or seeking attention, that's why many teenagers are committing suicide, society sucks, and you don't know how much we suffer by having it, people will say you're just sad, or it's gonna be okay, you don't know the meaning of depression unless you have it, having it it's like a living hell that you're just stuck to it, and you don't know if you're going to make it out alive.
It's okay not to be okay as my poem said it's easier to say than to be done, the healing process is hard when it's still hunting you for the rest of your life, that someone mentally, physically and emotionally scarred you for the rest of your life, it wasn't easy for that unhappy childhood to heal, we think that we are not enough and worthy for that someone, we got some trust issues too that even our families don't even know.
The pain that is torturing us every day isn't easy, I'm happy I have that one friend who I can trust and can lean on every day of my life, my support system, having that support system is a must, where you can find the love and happiness again, love and care that is a must for us, treat us like a fragile thing for once, the words that shall not be taking back anymore when you said it, don't say something that you will regret soon, think first because it can save a life you know and also have faith in Him that He can do anything, and be kind because you don't know know what is going on with someone's head.
