Motivation
When we start a job freshly, we feel most motivated why because we are in a state of pleasing and proving our authority that we are the rightmost decision taken by the management.

In this phase, a new joine is most receptive, open minded and adaptive to the company culture. But they don't know what to do and what not to. They learn both good and bad. Hence it's important to teach them about the hierarchy, the dos and don'ts, what's acceptable, what are the exception etc. Then only it can enhance their performance and can increase their potential.

Without a proper training or orientation, it's almost impossible to sustain their positive vision towards the workplace.

After few days, there comes a time where the same people start giving marginal performance, just not to get fired, and also start spreading negativity around. They are not receptive anymore.

This is the time we need to bring them back to the first stage by applying some external motivators, such as monetary rewards, appraisal etc.

We need to understand one thing that, an employer wants the same thing as an employee; SUCCESS, IMPROVEMENT, GROWTH etc. If both of them work on the same page to fulfill the common objective, it will be beneficial for both the employees, employers and the ORGANIZATION ultimately.
