[ Time when Mat decided to meet Mhirfa's parent to make it Official — Official ]


Mat: ( his Mom hammered to his head how to be an elite or as close to it as possible — he walks straight and dignified, wears clothes properly, doesn't talk unless asked, doesn't play with words, has a default scowling face and an aura telling people not a person easy to talk to.

This gives a lot of people a bad impression of what he is

Worst he doesn't talk in a traditional respectful ways to the elderly... just talks straight, not in a disrespecting manner but not also giving much in respect.

'Hell — what the hell should I tell her Mom...'

'...just go normal I love your daughter and will take care of her'

'oh, ghad... just probably in the movies thing'

'as usual expect to be ask the most fucking unexpected question and shit to happen'

Mhirfa: ( waiting at a park for him )

*Waves at him*

Mat: *seriously tired from the trip*

*Walks up to her*

"So, where to?"

Mhirfa: *grabs his arm*

"Ya sure ya wanna do this?

Mat: "I want to make things proper for us..."

*Really, really, nervous inside but still want to look cool*

Mhirfa: *overjoyed, yet also nervous*

Mhirfa: ( she already fluttered around declaring his boyfriend is coming beforehand, always proud of him )

"Dy, this is ma Aunt"

Mat: 'the hell am I suppose to say'

'wait — which Aunt was this again?'

( He was thinking, he only needed to meet the parent, not the fucking whole community )

"Ahh... Hi — aunt?"

Mhirfa: "ya need to ask for their blessings"

*Whispered to him*

Mat: ( he is a ploughing city guy, not good with traditions )

'what the hell did I get myself into'

Mhirfa: "Mom this is ma boyfriend"

( Her Dad left them a long time ago )

Mat: 'ghad, finally — she doesn't seem please to meet me...'

'...that's is expected of anyone who meets me anyway'

Mom: "its you..."

( Knows him... )

*Shook her head*

"Have ya eaten?"

Mat: ( picky eater )

"No, I haven't"

Mhirfa: "Ah will get him somethin' to eat"

*Left the scene*

Mom: "you're parents... knows about this?"

Mat: "yes..."

( His parent knows but they are in disagreement about them )

Mom: "are they coming?"

Mat: "no... they aren't"

Mom *sighs*

"My daughter is childish, and hard to handle... "

"...ya kay with that"

Mat: 'the hell she is! but... ghad'

"Yeah, I am fine with her"

Mom: *sighs, heavier*

"Guess Ah dont need to ask you silly questions, ya'r here that's proof enough..."

"...just when ya get tired of ma daughter bring her back safely"

Mat: *sighs, then just nodded*

( Knows what that means )

( Her uncle came in )

Uncle Gil: *scowling, looking at him head to toe*

"So your her boyfriend"

Mat: *his nervousness faded, just pissed now*

"Yes, I am"

Mhirfa: *sitting next to him*

"This ma uncle..."

Uncle Gil: "where are your parents boy?"

Mat: ( it is traditional to have the parents meet for such occasion but )

"at home, I am old enough to make my own decisions"

Uncle Gil: *scoffs*

"Boy, How are planning to feed her?"

Mat: ( he came expecting the worst, and armed to the teeth )

"I have a decent job and independent of my parents, can provide for her if that is what your asking..."

Uncle Gil: *scoffs more*

*Whispering curses*

Mat: "...besides, I am not here to marry her, just here to introduce myself and establish myself as her boyfriend to — mom"

Uncle Gil: *scoffs more — more*

"Well, you are not sleeping here boy... you will be sleeping in the county jail"

Mat: ( didn't see that coming, but didn't let him see a bead of sweat from him )

'the hell... with this jerk'

"Well, thanks for the offer but I am not planning on staying, going home after this"

Mhirfa: *panicking*

"Uncle..."

Mom: "Brother Gil, I will handle this..."

( Uncle Gil left, leaving a lot of curses and misgivings )
