The next morning...
Kate woke-up to find the main door left ajar, and couldn't find the old man. She thought he would have left.

Stepping into the kitchen, she found sauce bottles scattered on the ground and it was a huge mess. She wondered how; but started cleaning up, when the calling-bell rang. She left what she was doing, and went to see who had come.
When she found a little girl had brought her a bunch of white roses, which said it was from "Ryan".
