Bloody Winter. part 32
(Disclaimer: Tigreb perspective)

"Looks like Max is here. Funny he even came invited. Does he have any scheme?" He whispered in a annoyed way.
"I invited him here, as my guest. As the bride I at least have that right." , I answered with confidence.
I wasn't sure why he was here, what he would do, and what changed his mind, but as I sow the faces around I realized he would be the only one familiar to me.
Kale smiled and said: "You did? You should have told me sooner. I thought he was trying to do something else. This wedding will be more fun with Max present. I will have him as a VIP guest. But I'm curious of why is he here. " he said handing me his phone.
An open video call showed Max beating a man and then two other man came and held him by his arms. Before him another guy holding a gun pointing it at him. Than the man with the gun started beating Max, but Kale got the phone from my hand and left me there with the words: "It is your fault for this. That is why you shouldn't do anything without my approval. Don't worry if he still doesn't care of the empression he will leave to this people he can come. Let's finish this quickly and I will gladly present him to my wife. "

I was still breathless as he signaled a guard, but before the guard could make a step forward, a loud noise left everyone puzzled in fear. I understood what it was. It was a familiar sound for my ears. The music was going on and for more seconds. The whole room was left frozen.

The only thing that stopped that, was the sound of the high door opening at the end of the hall, where I entered from.
The sun was flowing through the opened door. The siluete of a man standed there trying to catch a breath. "It can't be! Max? " I thought, and somehow I was sure everyone thought the same, especially Kale.
"Max, you fool!" I thought.
Than as Max was walking towards us Kale pulled my arm, taking me to a room behind the stage, while his guards stopped before Max.

I could see the faces of the people in shock, not understanding what was happening. I was just as clueless. The last thing I remember from Max was him holding the gun on his hand a little harder.
