An unplanned murder !

Wide, frightened eyes took in the casual gait of the man walking towards her. Cold beads of sweat broke out across her forehead. It couldn't be him, could it?
It was him! That smirk on his thin lips was too cruel to belong to someone else.
But how could it be? She had killed him years ago!...
The crime remains undetected through years. It was not she herself had done that crime but she with her husband had done all these. The secrecy and behaviour of the convict protect them as umbrella, even though the murder case was reported in the police station as missing. The statement given by his wife and children was that as he used to go for prayer at churches and come back after months frequently, sometimes it may be like that. So they closed the crime sheet temporarily !
There eldest son stephen had very reserved character. Average performance in the class. A little shy. ---- but very good character. Every natives had good opinion about him with good childhood days and reached the teenage!
As his neighbour , I can see him spending time in the bus stop with some of his friends at the side of national highway, wearing modern dress and with some files in hand by which some girls starring at him from the other side of the road, while I was busy in going somewhere. Later he got a Job about 30 km far from there.
His father owns some acres of land and he was engaged in farming. In addition to that he also run a shop in the town.
It was a very busy shop. Most of them were fancy items. Huge amount of things. Fair trade, we also went there and brought some fancy things which were advanced and colourful.
The situation changed when his eldest son once while coming back from the working place, because of getting late to go by bus from that industrial area , He asked for a lift in a lorry. On the way he call her mother over phone and said that he was returning home. But on the way, the truck collided with a bus and when they covered about sixteen kilometres of their journey. The glass of the lorry was crushed out and caused a sudden death of him as he was sitting in front along with the driver who had escaped from the site after the accident.
So many people gathered together to see the dead body. After one year another incident happened. Their business became very dull day by day...at last they solds the shop. Once when we reached his shop', we saw new people in the shop, engaged in managing the shop. No other change were made but we feel unhappiness which had sustained for minutes about the loss of his shop or about his bad luck. Then after six months, his father francis vomit blood showing signs of blood cancer.
This incident made his' relative to surrender in police station and said the whole story. The police officers inside astonished to see a person surrendering except at the instigation of others. When he explained about that case they can't understand. There were so many murder cases registering day by day. They took time to found out the same.
The regional newspapers of the next day reported the whole story which was shocking but they summerized the real incident happened.
The police officers asked him "what crime did you do?
"Only helped francis is taking Anjo's body from the place and after digging in depth and burried in a new place''
"what punishment do you want "? they asked
"Anything ...... as per my deed"
"what is the reason for your fear?" They wanted to know more about it.
"That dark smoke....I mean after effects of the misdeed when reaching near me. I need to surrender and it is meant to experience the consequences of the sin'
"Can you say the whole story in brief?"
"Why not ?"
"Anjo who was a resident of about 6 kms from here, lend some money to francis years back. He didn't payback it. So he reached his house and cnquired about the amount as he was in need of that. But francis is not ready to pay back the amount . He asked some more time. When they were in conversation both of them got angry and francis pulled Anjo down and with the help of his wife he stabbed something upon his head which caused as a reason behind his murder, sometime a minute's emotional outbursts....at that rainy night I still remember."
"what weapon they used?"
"Hit his head using an Iron bar"
"oh"! then"
"Burried him in a place near the fields with trembling hands later feared about its smell come out from the dead body and dig very well and burried at night. I helped them for burrying.
"Then what happened?"
"After some month his eldest son stephen died in an accident later. he lost his shop At last he now suffering from blood cancer In every case--- I think this type of disaster doesn't happen ------ But some souls, and deeds as per circumstances are different or some souls can't bear the injustice done upon them.
He stopped. In the silence's prominence, A lot of emotions and its waves replenish there in the office. Is it reality?philosophy? Horror? fear? or anything else? which should be identified separately and can't be merged into one. He had passed through different emotions while telling the story just as a writer do with different emotions while writing.
Emotional balance is a very important factor needed to every person and it should be maintained through practice, otherwise with the prominence of emotions of anger, envy, fear, disgust ,annoy make you use harsh words and cruel actions against others Sometimes towards innocent ones which can't be recovered and thereby revealing yourself ! Sometimes even make you a murderer!
We never looked for about the later development of the case in the newspapers . Everyone involved in the murder case should be punished--sometimes through law ----. If escaped from there... - by nature or God! The time, circumstance only is uncertain sometimes early Sometimes late.
The assassination of a being is a top most wrong deed by which the mis creant deserves punishment of death. So instead of simply putting them into prison, He need to lead a simple life remembering that of a Saint until he becomes a better person while he is in prison. For changing his attitude about life totally he need to undergo compulsory Human Service either through man or money and need to see the effects of his good deed . This makes him do that same thing frequently and finally become a better person .And only those who never succumbed for that were made sentenced to death. That is better! That is better!
