You will never see her alone, she is always with her friends Silicon(iv)oxide and trioxosilicates(iv). Infact she is the second most popular person (element) in the earthcrust💃💃💃💃
Her first friend Silicon(iv)oxide was nicknamed silica because of her pure crystalline form as quart or less pure like flints, opal, horn-stone and jasper. Her second friend Metallic trioxosilicates(iv), you will see him in slate and igneous rock like granite and basalt. Her other friend hydrated aluminum trioxosilicates(iv) that she rarely talks to contains clay and koalin.
Silicon, like carbon she is a nonvolatile solid, low tempered(high melting point). She doesn't fun👯👯👯👯👯(insoluble) with any common solvent💁. Unlike carbon, Silicon doesn't know how to style herself in different (allotrophy) ways.🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
Although she can style herself into Brown amorphous powder or grey lustrous crystal. Both form are not regarded as allotropes since they possess the same diamond-structure.💎💎💎
