Bunny - I think you people forget about my birthday. .
Apurva - don't make faces. . you looks like monkey. .

Hearing his words Apurva directly throw sofa cushion to him..
Seeing their fight Manci chuckled .. she held Bunny in her embarrassed and said " what my bunny wants as a birthday gift ? "

the smallest one he throw to bunny and said " we are going .."
but bunny was shocked. what his dad want to say..he became dumb and pretended he was not listening his words .
Apurva took 2 bags in living room and went backyard for Manci. .he found she was crying. but he didn't disturb her. he just sit besides her and took her in his embarrassed , placed a kiss in her forehead.. let her cry. .
Seeing the scene Bunny felt more and more guilty. he cannot understand , his illness is the bitter truth. Why his parents still try to save him.. inspite of they know there is no donor for bone marrow transplant and if they will get the donor there is no guarantee that he will cured perfectly ..
Bunny is Thelesamia Major.. but his luck was too good . He completed 8 year but still he never get blood transfusion. But it means not in future it never will be happened.
( If a husband and wife both are Thelesamia minor the baby get 25% chances of being major. who babies has thelesamia major their life is short. their body cannot make white cell of blood bcoz of that they needs blood from 3rd party. the blood transfusion some time in period are different for different stages. some babies immune system good so it takes once in month if baby has poor immune system it cane be month twist or thrice.
There is the solution " bone marrow transplant " . but it is working when bone marrow donor is baby ' s siblings or his mother father ' s siblings. . if there is no chance from nearby relatives than doctors suggest for 3rd party donor ..but there is no guarantee that 3rd party donor ' bone marrow 100% cure the baby..
