The Fear. It's You Dad.
Some awakening aren't really awakening. They are deep-rooted truths that you don't know. But you don't want to recognize.

We all fear something. Some fears are realistic, and some are not. I also have a fear. A fear of losing my Dad. You see, since I was born I have loved my dad. He is my inspiration. He has been with me through thick and thins. But he ain't my Hero. Because heros aren't unhappy with their lives. They on the other hand makes others' life happy. You see my dad is a miserable man. He has too many fears, and insecurities. Sometimes, I think he might lose it. He might just give up.
I can hardly blame an external factor for his miserable life. He like most of us had too many expectations from his life. But he could not achieve those. And he happened to think about his failures too often; making his present unbearable. I cannot blame him. I too have such similar traits of failures. Only difference is my baggage is too heavy.
Sometimes, the heaviness slides down the night making me go unaware of everything. The fear keeps coming. Sometimes, it tries to swallow me up, and other time I happen to overcome it. The latter is a rare event I tell you.

In moment like these, I end up writing things I don't even understand. But I will still write to heal myself.
