SIDES OF RUTH

DAY TWO: Kuluso Police Station, 21st April 2018, 8:30 am

Cynthia's P.O.V

I’m Cynthia Coker, I was once a friend to Ruth Wilson until things went south. I’ve known Ruth since my undergraduate days. She seems cool-headed and sweet when we first met at our departmental freshmen’s orientation program.

We were like sisters, we vibed a lot but all of a sudden she became different, I mean, totally different. She overreacts to trivial issues, her words sting like a bee and she became ruthless in the process of not giving anyone that tiny space to treat her like trash.

I remembered she once intimidated our fellow coursemate who was suffering from stage fright. It sucks to see a sweet personality turned into a devil’s incarnate. She is dishonest in her relationship with others. She needs to see a shrink as soon as possible.

Tomiwa’s P.O.V

I’m Tomiwa Omotosho. I was a die-hard fan of Ruth in our undergraduate days. I admired her oratory skills, her intelligence, and her calmness. She was outspoken during group presentations, she is a born leader, but it all went down the drain after a bombshell was dropped.

Rumors of how she killed her parents and staged it as an incident and how she became the simulation plug for our lecturers’ phalluses to get good grades were flying around in our class during that time.

She was taunted by one of our coursemates, Michael for months which altered her behavior completely. She became miserable and paranoid.
Stitches were all over her face as a result of self-harm.

She looked distressed, demoralized, and disturbed. I just pray she bounces back to the Ruth whom I once admired soon

Rita’s P.O.V

I never vibed with Ruth because she was fake. I was always pissed whenever she is close by. She is an insecure brat. She murdered my fiancé, Teju who would have been my spouse, and staged it as suicide.

She will never know peace. She better not cross my path or else I will skin her alive. She disgusts me with her ‘wonder woman’ demeanor, fake accent, and lifestyle. I get uncomfortable whenever she is sharing her hogwash opinions.
