Judge - Innocent or Guilty ?? (part 1)
Laws and order of the country is controlled by the judiciary department but the greatest power lies with the Judge. He or she is the only person in the world who can kill someone (in the way of law) and yet has never been accused. This story revolves around a person with similar profession who has been a victim of some very serious and sensitive and horrifying issues of life. The following story is completely fictional.

Mr. D Choudhary was the judge of the supreme court for many years. He retired at the age of around 50 for some health issues. This story is narrated from his diary that he wrote before his death last year.

15th March :-
" 'Being a person giving another person a death sentence is really cruel. I wish I had some options to stop this.' I said to Rohit. He replied,' But Dad, it wasn't your choice. You did what was right.'
I frowned at his answer. Maybe I was not right everytime. I sometimes feel that I have killed some innocent people who committed no crime by looking at some false proofs. But I know that if I tell him this he won't believe me.
Rohit loves me more than anything in this world and he won't believe the fact that even I can be wrong when taking such vital decisions.
I was afraid that one day I have to pay for my wrongs and I have a strong feeling that the day is coming near by. Although after coming to Darjeeling really refreshed. My mind and body feels a lot lighter now. This idea of writing a diary a has also helped me a lot."
17 th March :-
" Something really unexpected happened yesterday. I ran into Mr. D'Souza while having a walk. I remember him very well. He was once accused of a murder. I also remembered that I had to let him go because the jury found him innocent. Although I was never sure of this. I hope my holiday doesn't go to ruin for him cause I have a feeling that he is not very fond of me."
