Chief Balago was a successful farmer and rich man. He has 3 wives and four sons. The first wife gave birth to two sons while the second and third wives gave birth to a son each. One faithful day chief Balago embarked on a journey that will take him years. But before he left, he called his four sons, Fado, Separo, Kwame, and Madada to his room where he told them about his journey. Chief Balago gave each of his sons two bowls of guinea corn. The four sons asked Chief Balago what each of them should do with the two bowls of the guinea corn and he told them to follow their minds. Three days after Chief Balago embarked on the journey, his first son named Fado ground his two bowls of guinea corn to make pap. Early every morning he prepares the pap and drinks with beans cake. Chief Balago second son named Separo used his own two bowls of guinea corn to feed his chickens. The third son named Kwame sold his own two bowls of guinea corn and used the money to do refreshments for his girlfriends. The fourth son named Madada went to one of their father's farmland, cleared and burnt the bushes there. He then took his own two bowls of guinea corn and planted them.
