The Lost Necklace

The diamond necklace on the mannequin looked familiar. She placed her palm on the window that separated them and leaned in closer
when she gets a better view she recognizes it, because her great grandmother had given it to her.
She thought she would never see it again, after someone broke into her cottage.
But, there it is. Just behind a glass window.
She enters the store and finds a salesman, in which she starts questioning. Not able to answer her questions, makes her steam.
"Get Your Manager!" she yells.
Working with customers before, he replies "OK, Karen!" and off he goes.
When he returns with a manager
she starts to question them.
They can't answer her questions either, which makes the lady flip out.
The manager being a female also starts to flip out and then says to the lady...
