A friend of mine I met today, It was raining very heavy, he was all wet and then I helped him change his clothes and we had a great chat with dining table covered with lots of delicious food, I guess he enjoyed the treat.
We finished our dinner and he left saying " Thanks for today". I was cleaning the mess we made in the dining hall, I got a call from my friend saying" Sorry dude, I couldn't come today I had to finish my office work and now it's late. Let's plan on some other day, my apologies. I'll give you a big treat this time, what do you say?"
It was a thunder shock, I said " Hey, didn't you discuss about your boss today? you also said thank you while leaving, didn't you?"
My friend: Are you kidding me?I was occupied today with my work and my boss didn't even allow me to leave the office until I finish my work, what's wrong? are you okay?. Don't tell me you had a nap just now, no mood for your silly jokes dude. Bye, I'm really tired.
Me: Hey! wait...
(He hangs up the phone)
