Competition and cooperation are two powerful concepts. They both deal with human relation. God has created us as individuals with abilities and capability that are unique to us. This simply means that no two people are the same. Competition sets in when we begin to compare ourselves with others, when we see others better than we are and when we focus too much on our weaknesses and desire the strengths of others. The truth is that no matter how much we try, we will never become someone else. Rather than competing, cooperation with others is a better option. We must seek ways by which the strengths of others can complement our own weaknesses. We must must find out our strengths and build on them. Focusing on your strengths will empower you but oses us comparing your weaknesses with other people's strengths(competition), will only pull you down.
