Normalize Imperfections
When you ask people to describe themselves you hear the most beautiful things. I'm patient, very loving, I'm this and I'm that.

But how come you never hear I'm selfish, I'm annoying, I have a really big toe ,this is because when we get asked "tell me about yourself" your normal response is to list the most pleasing things about you, in other words telling the person that this is how you want to be perceived.

But why?

Why can't we normalize saying our flaws as a response to this question, in this way, everyone will be absolutely comfortable with their flaws, and it wouldn't seem so much of a flaw but more like a simple imperfection.

Imagine it this way the first thing we get to know about each other is our simple imperfections, so in other to know a person well, to know their beautiful sides you have to stick around, wait a little longer and begin to discover the beautiful things about them.
This way we cherish each other way more .

Furthermore we know who genuinely likes/ loves us because, only the ones who stay can honestly and genuinely keep up with our imperfections therefore, they are the ones who will also get to see and savoy our perfection.
