The ability, skill and perseverance to watch and observe your surroundings comes out of nothing but you. When the change suits us, we enjoy and cherish it most and probably wish they never leave us. So girls will observer and cherish their beauty. Boys look out and observe, the extent of their masculinity. Most of the observation is external which implies, it is very visible and needs less analysis to understand. Changes that take place internally are most difficult to observe unless with the help of a professional or an expert in emotional intelligence. Naturally humans grow with the hope that they develop to the extent that society adores and accepts them. When we manage to attain this expectation from society we get the highest form of self esteem and we feel respected and loved.
When these attributes are are acquired, another form of observation begins and this involves the ways and manner the various parts of our being is used to help society, the neighborhood and mankind. Very confident and exuberant individuals easily show the potentials they have harnessed over the years and by virtue of their interactions with other folks in the community, they are easily seen. Others with same or more potentials are hard to find as they prefer working in silence.
The beauty this creates in the world of the living is one that takes into consideration all characteristics, that at the moment help humanity to strive and those we very much hope to see in the near future. Whether we are working in the sidelines or observing from from a distance, the role that it brings to bear so that the outcome becomes that which was dreamt of or that which was envisaged is what intrigues the present generation and those yet to come.
