It is Result Time in India and the grading season sows the seeds of new hopes and dreams.A good grade is Gold Plated chapter in the essay of Life but it is just a milestone in the journey of life.A good grade stands degraded if it does not help one assay one's carreer.

India is going through the best of phases in matters concerning hearts that want to pursue their dreams of careers of their choice with the number of burgeoning middle class entering into the comfort zones of upper and with single or two child to look after can well afford to not let them pressurizing to leave studies and go for jobs.

The days of ordinary graduation are over and it is the age of specializaion. Even kids don't play doctor-doctor any more, they play specialist-specialist.

There is no dearth of stories of top achievers who never passed out of college with flying colors of grades but thier dreams to excell in the field of their choice were better than A+. So all those whom you know who could not get good grades , motivate, guide and inspire them to pursue the fields of their liking.

It should be the top priority of parents to figure out the genius in the child in a respective field and help him bloom into a top notch human being and soul while he pursues his unfulfilled dreams.
