Its only in ur mind.
Pain exists only in ur mind.

You wake up you have something important to do at 5 p.m. Its 6'0 clock in morning and you start worrying abt it all day and getting really nervous and anxious till 5 p.m.

Lets say two scenarios happen at 5 pm.
1. It went successfully.
2. You failed.

Lets say you failed not only were anxious from morning till 5 you will be sad and worried, angry and frustrated for the rest of ur day. So none of the anxiousness or you being worried help you at 5 pm. And worst you also became sad after what happened as u failed

If it went successfully you would be happy for the next fking 5 minutes. And what happens next you will start being anxious for the next important moment. So what you did here was you are anxious for 8 hours for 5 minutes worth of happiness.

Let me suggest a different approach.You wake up you have something important to do at 5 p.m. Its 6'0 clock in morning and you plan and work for 1 hr and do necessary things you need to do so that when that important moment arrives you dont flop. At 7 you drink coffee. When you drink it you are completely focused on the taste of caffeine. You enjoy it. You cook. You are focused on cutting the vegetables. You exercise and you focus on the workout. You watch ur series you focused on that. Your friend called and you were completely focused on listening to them.And when that imp moment at 5 pm came you foucsed on that.

Lets say two scenarios happen at 5 pm.
1. It went successfully.
2. You failed.

If you were successful. Be grateful.

If you failed you note down the points you can do better next time.Then like I said before you start focusing on what you are doing that exact moment. In this scenario you didnt waste time being worried.You just did what you could do and focused on being in the moment. You can understand that you never lost ur self worried or anxious.


Lesson:The pain exists or can be caused only by the mind.It lies in our perception. Understand it and it will be the game changer.
