Ep 5: The Tank Experiment
(Continues)

Night had fallen. And Quincy and his family were having dinner together as usual. Stewart laughed at a joke Mrs.Baren had just made. Finally after a while Mr.Baren turned his attention over to Quincy.

"So, Your going over to tank tomorrow huh." he said as he finished chewing the food in his mouth.

"Yeah I guess." he starts to put food in his mouth so he wouldn't have to answer any more questions. And he hoped he wouldn't ask.

Instead of asking another question, Mr.Baren goes into a deep thought. His flashback of his conversation with Nancy from days ago.






Flashback: Mr.Baren looked at Tim then walked up to her.

"Look Nancy, i think you need to give up on Stewart, he doesnt like you. Sometimes you think one thing but its really another, you may think Stewart likes you but trust me he doesn't."

"Right, just how you stop thinking your wife was cheating with your neighbor. Are you sure she's not cheating on you Mr.Baren?!"






The flashback of this conversation really bothered him. And he couldn't stop thinking about it. Was he really about to let his son go to his neighbor house?! The man he believes has a thing going on with his wife?! An awkward silence filled the kitchen table. Finally he decided to get up.

"Hey guys, im not feeling good, I'll be upstairs in our room honey if anyone needs anything."

"Um okay. Sure." Mrs.Baren said hoping everything was alright. And just like that he was gone.



The next day was here. Sheila was at Tori's at house, and the two of them had a big day ahead of them. But what was that exactly?! She waited for Tori to come outside. While waiting she was thinking about the conversation she had with the Wizards. Why couldn't she be honest with them?! What was she hiding?! After a minute Tori came walking out slowly as if she wasn't really too excited.

"Finally! What took you so long?" Sheila asked.

"Im still not ready, can you just meet me there?"

Sheila sighed."Alright fine. But time is important. Don't forget what i texted you."

"Yeah i know, about the thing..."

A thought came to Tori that was weighing on her all morning.

" It's just...what if, Quincy and the others find out?"

Sheila eyes widened and her expression changed into an unpleasant one as she walked up to Tori. Giving Tori the creeps kinda.

" NO ONE...can find this out."

"O-o-okay!" Tori said fast but in a low face as if she was terrified of Sheila herself.

They both gazed at each other serious for a moment then sheila turns away to make an exit.
