Chapter 2 : Meeting him
Noon gone and finally Dawn arrives. The sun shines through Karla curtains stopping right at her face. She stires and turns, her eyes gradually open, adjusting to the light created by the sun. She rose up to her feets, stretching a little with a smile. Karla had always loved the sun rising to a beautiful day ahead of her.
She hears a knock , wisphering a soft "come in".
The door opens revealing Karen her maid. She had trusted Karen like she knew her all her life. The two were close as to say they were both more of friends rather than just a princess and her maid.
"Morning my lady" Karen flunts outs.
With a breathy smile, "morning Karen" she replies in pure bliss.
"You need to be ready my lady" Karen speaks with care and a smile.
Although, Karla had no idea what she would be preparing for. For she had planned her day to spend in her normal condo which was the garden.
Curious, she asked "Karen what do I need to prepare for?" in a soft mentum voice.
A gasp quickly escaped Karen's mouth, mouthing a "sorry my lady thought you knew the arrival of the vixe prince Xavier Knight would be later today".
Karla was shocked she would be meeting her soon to be husband later the day. For her father never mentioned it.
"Well I had better get ready wouldn't want to keep him waiting" she responded.
"Certainly my lady for his is not one to joke with" Karen states.
Karla didn't understand why Karen could mouther such words.
Although she had heard so many stories of him being ruthless, void of emotions without a single thought in his decisions.
"That say he isn't the nicest man to be around" She thought to herself.
"Well let's see if the beast could be tamed" She thought.

She was been set her usual bathing process, while her dress was been set specially aside.
Stepping out, She drys her self up, not forgetting to clean up her Raven hair.
She puts on the yellow ball gown set aside with Karen's assistance.
