the unsatisfying feeling my unsatisfied feeling is meditation I am not satisfied with the tablets which is the reason for not always takeing them I’d rather not have the tablets weather I am on them or not I’d still wake a few times in the night that my not so satisfying feeling and it’s good cause whatever the consultant gives me later on will not work I don’t just settle cause I don’t it like the tablets are not right at tall the tablets are pure shit they don’t even keep me a sleep that long so half the time I don’t even both to take them and that the way I feel about tablets up them or don’t up them later in the end I’ll be awake every so and again so know wonder I don’t want the tablets cause i don’t I think that they should scap medications for good some just don’t work for some people
