The world has been compromised, life is not what it used to be and progression into the future as moved at light speed. Sometimes it feels as if detective Darian Star has not moved along with progression at the same speed and sometimes it is a positive and others it's a henderence.His face is warn and he goes days without shaving, he supports an old colt with a model 7 blaster at his side. The department won't release him even though his decisions seem to override protocol they know that everything he does is for the sole purpose of the department. Darian is a true detective at heart, he has thrown himself into his work, living alone in the city smoking himself to death, no love interest, rough in his features with a monotone attitude. The detective does his job and that is his duty,he solves his cases and moves on swearing that this planet will not harden his soul.
