Scene 3 Angel
Angel wiped a few tears from her face, everything may have been going wrong, but nobody needed to know it was affecting her. After all, she was the strong, independent, and cold Angel. She couldn't be anything else.

'Ang?' A soft voice startled Angel from her thoughts.

She turned around to see a familiar face looking at her with concern.

'Hi Erin.' Angel said, clearing her throat. Even though her voice still came out as raw and scratchy.

'Are you okay? I saw Carson run out of here pretty quickly.' Erin said, sitting down beside Angel.

'Yes.' Angel replied quickly. 'No...' She then faltered, she could never lie to Erin, she was her best friend.

'He kissed me.' Angel said, the memory giving her goosebumps.

'Oh?' Erin replied.

'Yeah. But then... he just backed out and apologized. Then left.' Angel explained frustratedly.

'I'm sorry.' Erin said, placing a hand on Angel's hand.

'It's fine. I'll get over it.' Angel said, standing up.

'Thank you. You're always there for me. The best friend I could ask for.' Angel said with a smile as she left the room.

'You're welcome...' Erin said in a whisper as she left.

Erin gazed out the window, her thoughts wondering. Even though the thoughts were random and unorganized, each went right back to Angel. And how Angel would never know how Erin felt about her. Erin shoved the thoughts away, she didn't have time for chasing dreams. Even if that dream was a person named Angel.
