It was the time of night. Not a single sound could be heard. It was as if the wind was aware of the arriving havoc just like the serenity before the storm. Suddenly a shadow rushed past a building and the woman crouched down the alley turned abruptly. She was scared but gathering her courage looked for any sign of movement in the vicinity. In a weak and stuttering voice she called, " Who i...is there ?.But she was met by nothing but silence. She cursed herself for having lost the address that she needed to reach to. Obviously, you all must be thinking what a woman was doing down the alley at this time of the night. Even she didn't know how she reached there. From the story to begin with she was actually going to her friends house for a party. But as he was a very old school friend, she didn't know his address. So when they had met before, they had a lunch together and talked about their ongoing lives .Then he had invited her to a get together party at his house and had handed her his address. First, she had said that she would think about it but later on due to her schedule being free that evening she had decided to entertain herself to her friend's party. But as misfortune would have it she had lost the address paper being careless as she was. She even had decided to call him but remembered that they didn't even exchange numbers. Yes, it might seem every bit of surprising but the day they had met she had to leave in a haste after lunch because she had been called in for her work and hence they couldn't exchange numbers. But still in hopes of meeting her old friends she had tried to remember the address in the paper and decided to go in that location and ask for him. This had seemed a great idea when she had thought this in her house but now it didn't seem to be. First of all she didn't even reach that area where he lived because presently she has been trapped in a so called shortcut that was shown by the gps. She had moved out of her car to ask in which area she was. But by the time she was there night had already approached and the area seemed deserted. So she decided to go a little further to check for any sign of a person. But there was not a single person there, it was entirely desolated. So she decided to return back to her car and drive back to the safe confines of her house .But fate had decided that day to play a game with her. Suddenly.....
