KAIZEN
When we are feeling like sleeping more,staying awake late night,got up late in day.feeling like eating sweets,junk food and more food intake daily.

What is this? KYA YE PYAR THO NAHI?

Well you're partially wrong then right.

You are on obesity regime and going to gain your weight more then more.
Its end of 2022 and eventually you can be end of your junky bad food habits or routine.

But how?when?where? whom and why?
Well answer is yes but not the easy yes.
You can do holistic approach to your this bunch of problems. you can try one habit one minute for whole day. daily new one.
It is Japanese approach to achieve your habits. Which 5wh means good habit achiever.
You can start your day with one daily one new minute activity or habit and new one habit can be your goal.

I can give one example which can be use as rough instance.

You can cut your nails in new way

You can polish your nails with good colour

You can learn new nail art



2nd example

You drink one glass of hot drink water with cineman

You can make new drink for morning with lemon
You can drink hot water tea with green lemon grass


3rd example

You can your meal with rotla of jowar and Bajra

You can eat new spring onion soup

You can make khichdi with different kadi

This are unique examples but we need enthusiasm and willingness to achieve our goals,aim,target we can say one of them.

It is sel sufficient once we get use to it. We can say it one minute habit timetable.
