So, recently I commented in one of my fellow writer's post where she spoke about how a business is growing around our temples in the name of religion...I,being a HINDU, appreciated her that it is true and I have seen it in my town also..I closed writco...and I went to take some tea..when I came back,I was stunned that another fellow writer commented mentioning me that I should be ashamed of myself as I disgraced our religion...then a question strucked into my mind that.."WHAT IS RELIGION?"I commented her back that was she unaware of the fact that ther e is a business going around..She commented me temples help people,gives charity.. and I agree with her.. Definitely..But that's the people here who do it...They are GOD for me. I live in a small town of west bengal..This place is known for it's goddess Bargabhima temple.. According to Hindu puran,lord Shiva's wife Sati's little finger dropped here when Oleh Vishnu hit her with the sudarshan chakra.I become surprised everytime when I see people decorate the temple with flowers cost 2 lakhs,3lakhs for 'PUJA'. I am okay with that until I saw they threw the beggars from the temple to make the temple look clean. Yes I have witnessed that. You know you are not allowed in the temple with your own flowers,sweets..You have to buy it from the mandir shop!! You will not get prasad if you don't donate money here!It's just an example, do you remember there is a temple which didn't allow girls with periods to enter by saying the y are UNHYGIENIC. I watch people showering gods with milk in 'Shivachaturdashi' when a little girl of a beggar was crying for milk..Nobody handed her shit...Now who will convince her she is a bad girl,she want to drink the Gods milk..How dare she!Naughty girl..Now guys you tell me is the Hinduism means only temples..We keep our mouth shut even after seeing all this thing.. I think that God remains in all of us. When Sonu sood got these all workers home, isn't he a god? When bengal,odisha was hit by cyclone amphan.. Nobody gave a shit.. I see people from america,japan, australia,france help us by donating us. Aren't they god? Oh they are not HINDU. How can he say that..He is against Hinduism!! See humans pray gods,allah,jesus whatever name are they mentioned..But one thing they have all in common..They are for helping people.. Religion is a phrase..We give it a meaning..The murtis are the representative of our good thoughts,'shuv chinta'..They are not for business.. I pray god only that he could show me the right path.. I am against the businesses growing around in the name of Hinduism that hurts me..
