Why convent formed in Europe -There are many reasons, I will discuss point wise point -
(1)-Husband and wife were living for pleasure, so due to this pleasure new infants were produce ,Parents were started to leave them on footpaths,
The church was questioned that people are refusing there infants, what they planned.
Then they formed convent for those do not have parents, and for those who refused from there parents.
(2) Christianity was in initial stage, so that they want more followers, so they send nuns to administrate the convent.
