BEHIND THE SCENES
Here is a generation that wants to get rich faster and quicker than the very second arm on the clock. We work on daily bases and our diligence and fruitfulness is measured by our ability to show that aside the usual normal procedures, the innovation we bring on board makes so much of a difference. Thus the organisations we work for may employ us based on the basic criteria of meeting some requirements they prefer but in addition to this, we are encouraged to standout based on the past experience we have gathered and the essenceof continues learning.
The training along the way can't be left out either. So for those looking out to perform beyond the ordinary, we are constantly on the lookout for the most recent developments and changes surrounding our careers. It is by virtue of this that we fill in the blank spaces and also ensure that, what was previously done with difficulty can now be performed easily and quicker. Thus as some will say, keep your eyes on the ball but to make it more vivid, enjoy the atmosphere of work. This is the only way to unearth and solve the deepest problems yet unseen in the work place.
We tend to move quicker than the mind can hold because we are not focusing. When we leave focus out of the equation, the mind wonders and becomes what is mostly known in the lives of most monks as the "monkey mind". The universe is a vast space and no matter how the mind roams it certainly has no destination. Thus knowing our weaknesses as humans we focus on one thing at a time. Within this little time frame most humans have dedicated their lives to changing the globe in ways that is unimaginable.
The results of the little focus in some miniature space is always a marvel to watch and by that taught we become what we dreamed and believed. So behind the scenes is the taught process that keeps occurring and repeating itself till an action is taken. Sometimes we don't act on them, but still the idea looms until it gradually fades away. Whether this takes place or not is based on the choices we make. The decision to take the first step is always ahead of us and are sometimes prompted by those nearby.
