Bye!!!!" Yelled Laurette from the window.
Shawn goes down to the basement where his mom has a lot of magic portion.
"How was day honey?" The mother asked preparing some potion.
"Bad and Good, too be honest" He replied

"I met this beautiful girl at school, and I really opened up to her" He added
"I feel so much confident now, I guess....., I want to send as much flyers for birthday, to the whole school" He added again.
"Uh.....Shawn?....The school called me and told me about you sleeping in class" Said the mother

"They called me to be there at 10:30am" The mother added
"Serously" Shawn said storming out of the basement.
He goes into the attic to print a lot of flyers to give at school, and goes to bed that night feeling confident for tomorrow
He just couldn't take his mind of Laurette

The very next day...
Shawn gets up before 6a.m., normally when his alarm buzz.
He takes care of his hair, wears some deodorant and wear clean clothes.
And comes down magestically.

"Woah..., Someone is looking nice today" Said the mother preparing breakfast.
"Thanks Mom" Shawn replied
"Anyways, as I told you yesterday, I'll coming to your....." Said the mother
"Shoot...... that's true" Shawn said spitting out the tea through his nose.
He quickly runs upstairs and gets a face mask.

"Why are you putting a face mask on" Asked the Mother confused
"So no one knows we related" Shawn replied
"Ouch..." Said the Mother
"I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, but can't you rememebr when you came to my school for open-day?" Shawn said
"And instead, you started chanting incantations and dancing all around the place" he added
"That security had to even drag you away" he added again looking down in embarrasment.

"So this year is going to be different" Shawn said with a fake smile.
"No embarrament no shameless acts" he added
"Look....Shawn, I'm sorry I made you feel that way" The mother apologized, holding his cheeks.
"But I promise not to embarrass you ever........again" she added
"So...please remove the face mask, dear" she added again

"Thanks Mom" Shawn said with a smile
And when he gets to school, he is bummed out that Laurette has a boyfriend, he is devastated and sad.
It's a real bummer, ya know? He really thought he had a connection with her and now, it was gone.

With a broken heart, he tries avoiding eye contact with Laurette.
And instead, gives the flyers to student walking by, who either threw it in the trash-can later or some weird ones ate them.

"Hei you...., why does it look like you are avoiding me?" Asked Laurette curiously.
"What?, avoiding.....no no no, you got it all wrong...I'm just....." Shawn stuttered.
"Anyways, this is my boyfriend Dan" She introduced
"And Dan, this is my friend, he's like a little brother to me" Said Laurette as it felt like his heart broke into a million pieces.

"Can I have that?" Asked Laurette, reading the invitation letter.
She agreed to come to his party, this made Shawn smile until she said her boyfriend Dan was coming too.
"Okay..." Shawn said with a sadden heart.
Then his mother comes into the school chanting incantations and dancing all around the school as usual.
As the other students stared at the crazy lady and laughed.
"If this day couldn't get any worse" Shawn said, looking for his mask, and remembers he forgot it at home.
So there was nothing else to do then smile and cry at the same time.
And security was called in, and took Mrs. Asnerl away.

The bullies walked up to Shawn and pushed him against the locker.
"Yesterday, you called your girl to defend you, huh?" Said Ron with a smirk.
"He's not even a real man "Said one of the bullies punching him across the face.
