After Harleen rushed out from there, Sruti was really confused.
She was actually not able to understand what's going on between Harleen and Arjun?
She remembered that Harleen mentioned Arjun is her best friend, that means they know each other very well.
Suddenly she was laughing hysterically

"Wow they made a fool of you. You fell in love with this guy and also got heartbroken by your one and only best friend."
After a few minutes Sruti got a text and the message was from Harleen
The message was
'Hey quickly come over to the City hospital. Arjun is admitted.He had a bad accident. Please come over.'
Sruti was teary eyes with all the thoughts in her mind, but still she rushed over.
She saw Harleen sitting outside the O.T.
She asked Harleen, "Hey what's the matter, how all these just happened?"
Harleen hugged her and cried.
Harleen then replied, "Arjun was actually coming to visit you in school when a car hit him from the back, the Doctor has said he has broken his ankle, I am so worried about him. He has nobody, we both grew up in the same orphanage. I am the only family he has. I am so sorry I couldn't say you all of this. I am sorry, Stuti."
Sruti was actually shocked and surprised, but she didn't show any emotions. She just hugged back Harleen and said, "Don't worry, nothing will happen to him. Okay, we're here for him. I am here for you always. Here, drink some water and stop crying.Pagal kahiki."
