It was July the 5th a day after our time spent watching the fireworks for the fourth of July and me and Mari were at a five-star restaurant that was recently created called The Diamond Lagoon. It was a beautiful place filled with water that prevailed on different levels. The art was waterproof and the statues were gorgeously ornamented with diamonds. I saw portraits containing outdated bills and coins from like twenty twenty four and the tables were semi-clear and the chairs looked very comfortable with a special type of cushion on them. At the front, after our reservation was validated I asked Mari if she wanted a waiter or waitress to serve us, and without hesitation, she said “Let's get a waiter”.
