Chapter 3 – Peak of satisfaction
Finally, we zoomed to our destination. No words from the dictionary could define the beauty of the village nor our unbearable feeling. To elevate ourselves, we bunked into a picturesque chalet located in the middle of a thick forest. Cars were strictly not allowed to the location. Dad parked the car at the lobby and we took the minibus service as we had our luggage bounded to ourselves. We freshen up ourselves and put on our trekking suits for our next plan. Before that, we took a minute to embrace the beauty of our chalet as we were like emerged with the nature breath. As our trekking suits were on, we went to a nearby mountain for jungle trekking. We had the chance to capture photos of small creature of God’s creation living on Earth that cannot be seen where else. They were very unique and rare. It was quite tiring but the force were still there to lift us up. My tummy started to make squeaky noises. We decided to grab our lunch at the foot of the mountain. We filled up the empty spaces in our tummies by consuming the refreshments made by mom which was really appetising as we get to savour nature’s beauty at the same time. Our drained energy got back on point, we started wandering and loitering around the village. Albert and I met new village friends. We spent quality time together. We acquired knowledge about village lifestyles and learnt about their august cultures and traditions. We found a massive difference between these village people and the city ones. The villagers had a very warm hearted character sewed in themselves not like others. We were totally mesmerised. We spent the whole day there and literally had the thought of settling down there.
