I had sat down at home with my phone after signing a job offer to become my companies plate maker excited to tell my family and friends when I realized my phone wanted to tell me something.
After entering my pin number, my phone greeted me with an "error" message;
"Messenger has stopped working"
Then another;
"Instagram has stopped working"
And another;
"Google Drive has stopped working"
After acknowledging each error on my 5 year old phone I began sending out a multitude of text messages excitedly informing friends and family of my new job. I then restarted the once reliable device and tended to the needs of my 8 year old cat Manny.
