I guess all 13 year old boys have secrets. My best friend Phillip and i were no exception. We could never tell anyone about the pleasures we discovered with each other.
It began as a practical matter and evolved into a sexual awakening. Where i grew up even suspicion of being gay was enough to get a person ostrasized socially. We were popular as athletes, scholars, and hot dates. Being outed would end all that. The danger just made it more tempting.
