Spontaneity: This moment is only real and most precious
This moment is everything, nothing is more precious than this moment in this world. You only have this moment, this moment is real, time is also a delusion, it’s a subjective experience. Become consciousness and remove all kamana– wanting. Just live this moment most beautifully. There is nothing bigger than this moment. Past and future, anything other than this moment is a delusion. This moment is bliss. Minds restlessness takes away this moment from you. Spontaneity is a by-product of being aware. Spontaneity is a no-mind state, no violence, no delusion, no unconsciousness, no ego, no selfishness state. Spontaneity is without any desire or wanting-kamana. Spontaneity is the expression of bliss, ananda of this moment. This moment awareness is spontaneity. This moment connects you with the divine. Connection with real, ananda-bliss, your true-self is this moment. You connect Sat-Chit-Ananda this moment, that is you connect with supreme truth, consciousness, and supreme bliss.
Out of unconsciousness, all violence, reactions happens. If you engage with a mind, it will distract you, and consume your energy, waste it. What’s supposed to be happening now will not happen leaving you frustrated, miserable, and in failure. Remain aware don’t get distracted and engage with your mind, no matter what comes to mind. Remain focused and aware, nothing is more important than this moment. You don’t have to do anything just remain aware, that’s the ultimate experience. No kamana- no unconscious wanting, no karma- no unconscious activity, no thinking– no unconscious calculations, judging, evaluating, etc. Awareness leads to ananda and ananda leads to spontaneity. Spontaneity leads to beautiful, great happenings as a by-product. When you experience truth, reality, ananda-bliss, you lose all kamanas– wanting automatically. When you experience the highest, wanting of delusional, temporary things drop automatically.
