Long time ago, the sky was the only source of food for man. men had no need to work for their food, all dey do is pluck a handful of the sky, cook it and imagine any food and it will become it.
However, there was a condition. you must not cut more than you can finish for a day because it must not stay overnight.
One-day a woman came back tired from a far journey and was very hungry, she decided to cut so much. After preparing the food, she could not eat it up. so she called on all her neighbours, but the food kept on increasing.
The next day the left over food turned to clay, and when they looked up they discovered that the sky has gone so far above the earth beyond any man's reach. henceforth men had to walk hard to get their food.
