"I do"Those were the words I heard from a man I didn't know willing to be my husband.
A man I was forced to marry for my parent's reputation.
I looked at him and I was surprised to see a handsome fella,2years older than me.
He had blue eyes which looked like the moon.
I was taken away by his charm,I didn't hear the priest repeating "Cassie Williams,are you willing to take Charles Hamilton as your husband"
It took me for 3minutes to respond "I do"
The priest announced "You may now kiss the bride".
I didn't even want to kiss this total stranger but suddenly I felt soft lips touching mine.
The kiss wasn't that bad!I hate to say it but I loved it.
We then marched together passing by many people clapping their hands.
I forced myself and smiled at them as I passed.
As we were out of there we walked to his car for heading to the Hamilton mansion.
As I was waiting from my husband from now on to open the door for me.
He just ignored me and sat in his car leaving me surprised.How gentlemanly of him?
I entered the car and we started driving to the mansion.The drive was in a complete silence.
Finally the car stopped in front of a big mansion.I was amazed of the house by it's largeness and beauty.
As we entered the house I was staring at the large mansion that I didn't notice my husband was staring at me.
"What?"I said with no idea
"If you need anything call the maid,Lisa.
And also your room is on the right side first floor with a mark "C"on it"
As he was about to leave I asked"What'd does the letter C mean?"
"It means Cassie"
"Are you going to work?"Curiosity was diving in me.
"We are expected to be in a honeymoon for 2weeks so I am not going to work"
"Okay"I said and headed to my room using my directions.
I was amazed of how it was beautiful and it's colorfulness.
I quickly went to bed with the fatigue.
I was later disturbed by someone.
I quickly went to open the door and saw a woman with maid's clothes on.
"Ma'am?Mr.Hamilton told me to announce to you that dinner is ready!"
I said 'Thank you'and headed downstairs wearing a shirt and a tank top.
I found my husband sitting eating calmly.
I also sat and began diving in my food.
He broke the killing silence saying "Tomorrow I will head to New York I have business to do there.I will come back tomorrow night"
I was about to ask him how we were known to be in honeymoon and how he said he is expected to not be at work when he suddenly stood up and took his little briefcase and headed out of the house for his car.
I didn't mind it,I just ate my food and headed to bed.
I was planning to visit all the rooms in the mansion to know it well.
The day after I visited all the rooms and memorized all of them.
Night came quickly and I had to go to bed.
As I was in the bed I started expecting Charles to be here by now.
Why was I even thinking of him?
As I was trying to sleep I heard dome noise in the house.I got out of the bed and headed to the direction of the noises.
I headed to the living room as it was the place the noises were coming from.
When I entered I was shocked by the scene in front of me.
I saw a girl sitting on Charles' lap kissing him.
They didn't see me at first but they turned to me as soon as they heard me crying.
Charles looked at me with an expressionless face while the girl looked embarrassed.
I shouted without my will "How dare you?
I am your wife,you know That?At least give me a respect!I didn't marry you on my will,too?"
With that I headed upstairs to my room and slammed the door behind me angrily.
This guy had no respect for me at all?
I got the sleepy emotions through tears and slept crying.
