A wet leaf fell on her shoulder making her jump in fear. Startled, she shifted from her hiding place behind the bush as quietly as she could towards the dark cave she had spotted."this would be a better hiding spot"she thought. As quick as she could, she scurried along the moist ground, choked with green grasses and weeds."I would spend the night here till it's safe to step out" she muttered as weakly as possible.
Laying her head down to rest,as she had been troubled all day,it takes her nothing less than two seconds till she's asleep. Such pity any man would have on her as she laid there innocently. One would wonder,what such an innocent girl could have ever done to the hefty men who tirelessly sought for her life.
Little time passes before she is awoken by the sound of disturbed twigs,she fully gains consciousness and pokes her head slightly out of the cave. she spots the hefty men and her heart beats heavily as if it were about to explode.
The two men who had already gained awareness of where she was hiding, ran towards the cave as quickly as they could. Trying to out run them she pulls off her uncomfortable shoe throwing them towards this men who had already gotten very close to her in an effort to slow them down. This of course,doesn't work as she is caught by one of the men and carried off never to be heard from again. She's gone.
