Hello readers. I see you've returned for another story.
Tonight we shift our gaze to Chemault, Oregon, a town with a few dark stains in its history...

There once was a woman who lived in Chemault, having just divorced her nasty husband she wanted to put as much distance between them as possible. One day she decided to hiking in the woods, and went missing....days went by, but no one ever saw her or heard from her, and since her husband was in the area he was the prime suspect. While interviewed by police, he stated that she had called him asking for him to bring the rest of her stuff the day she left since her car broke down. Begrudgingly he agreed but only so she'd leave him alone about it. With no evidence to hold him, they let him go, and several days later her body was discovered by local forestry twenty miles outside of town, and what they discovered still haunts the town to this day.
Her throat and wrists were slit wide open, a look of fear still frozen on her lifeless face....
The husband was again broughtin for questioning, and again he had an air tight alibi, and was again released. He remarried four days later.
To this day if your ever in the woods around Chemault, you may find yourself feeling watched, and if you listen close enough you can still hear her eternal screams echoing through the trees...
